I attended medical school at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon where received a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, Master of Science in Global Health and Natural Childbirth Certificate. I am Certified as a Craniosacral Therapist, Pelvic Floor Therapist, and Personal Fitness Trainer, and specializes in pregnancy, women's health, and pediatrics. I completed 18 months of residency at Sacred Healing Arts in Oahu, Hawaii in which I attended over 100 home births and provided care with a thriving naturopathic family medicine practice.

In my naturopathic medical practice I treat infants through elderly. I am a primary care provider and have experience managing medication, supplementation, and nutrition for patients with thyroid and hormone dysregulation, cancer, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, nutrient deficiency, and for overall health and wellness. I follow the naturopathic therapeutic order and is versed in botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and can prescribe pharmaceuticals and refer to specialists when needed. My approach follows the naturopathic therapeutic order, with a focus on stimulating your body's self-healing mechanisms, which is the cornerstone of optimal health.

I specialize in women’s health, pediatrics and primary care for all ages. I work alongside my patients to create individualized wellness plans that align with their beliefs and lifestyle, optimize cellular metabolism, increase vitality, balance hormones, improve energy levels and lengthen the life span.
